10 weeks of dinner plans! Woot!
That's pretty exciting. It's been fun to plan menus each week (okay, I've missed quite a few weeks since I began). Just recently I took some time to look back at previous plans, and to see what kind of habits I have in so far as cooking.
Biggest pattern I found:
I love venison.
(but that is no surprise)
Plain and simple, it is delicious. It is; however, an acquired taste. Not everyone enjoys venison.
I guess that's just the nature of the beast.
This week, I am going to try my hardest to go all (but not super strict) paleo. I've been feeling rather cruddy lately and feel that this "clean up" may help.
Sunday: Doro Wot
Wednesday: Bacon Wrapped Venison Roast
Thursday: Emergency Protein / Garbage Stir Fry
Friday: Spinach Squash Salmon
Saturday: Broccoli Soup
