I'm feeling out of control.
With my eating.
It's getting crazy.
If you've seen my latest ::Dinner Plans:: you can see that I'm doing fairly well with dinners. Most of them are paleo -- I feel so much better when eating Paleo. More energetic. More lively.
Like I said. Dinners are great. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are not.
I'm putting on weight, and it's not good. Sadly, I'm starting to feel gross.
You know, "shedding a few pounds" was one of my New Year's Resolutions. It's not happening.
It. Is. Time.
Time to get on top of it. Time to get back into the habit of working out more than once a week.
It's time to take control. Time to feel better...
